NMFC Academy Sport for Development Adventure 2024 Impact Report

The 2024 NMFC Academy Adventure empowered Indigenous youth with holistic development, professional mentorship, and unforgettable experiences, inspiring growth, connection, and a "Dream Bigger" mindset.

The Nautsa’mawt FC Academy unites motivated Indigenous youth soccer players from across the province with exceptional mentors, coaches, and exclusive development opportunities, all grounded in a holistic "champions for life" philosophy.

The Experience Includes:

  • Active support from a dynamic group of mentors/experienced professionals to support you to achieve your development goals.

  • Monthly Full Circle Huddles with Guest Speakers and Mentorship Spotlights who share their expertise in holistic development areas such as: nutrition, mental performance, balancing sport and school, etc.

  • Access to a core mentor with virtual mentoring and text check-ins

  • Opportunities for video review & specialized skill/mindset development.

  • A full set of Nautsa’mawt FC Academy training kit, including new cleats.

  • Exclusive in person development experiences including a global “Sport for Development Purpose Tour” with up close and personal interactions with professional players and clubs, stadium tours and inspiring holistic development opportunities.
