SPRING & SUMMER 2024 PROGRAMMING

Hope and Health at Home “H3” uses sport to develop and empower Indigenous children and youth to realize their limitless potential, on and off the (mini) pitch- and gym! Beyond the physical and sport literacy, H3 targets specific social issues for the children and youth developing life and leadership skills and resiliency through our specialized “Champions for Life” curriculum. Learn more about our holistic development approach and H3 HERE.

Hope and Health at Home “H3”spring programming is underway with three NEW Little Champions programs, the East Vancouver aftershool program expansion into Admiral Seymour, Penelakut “Champions for Life” Spring program, Tla’amin 5V5 Champions League kick off in April - and the Virtual Champions Academy (renamed Nautsa’mawt Academy) in the works.

Watch this space and check back as we start to load all details.

Hope & Health is an amazing program. The Indigenous youth are lucky to get a first hand look at where sport can bring you in life. What dedication, will power, perseverance and love of the game can get you... my son talks about it for days after and it helps me to use motivation for my son to do well in his league and native ball. He wants to be a professional soccer player and I tell him all the time he can do whatever he puts his mind to. Thanks for everything! Hope & Health is the best program for Indigenous children in sports.
